As a school administrator or teacher with admin access, it’s important to keep track of how many student user accounts are currently active on your school’s Spellings for Me profile—especially to ensure you’re staying within your licensed student limit.

Follow the steps below to quickly check the total number of student accounts in your system.

🧭 Step-by-Step: Check Active Student Users

Log into your admin profile on Spellings for Me.

Click on the “Administration” section in your main dashboard.

Select “Users” from the admin menu.

Under the search bar, click on “Show Advanced Filters.”

In the advanced filters, find the dropdown labeled “Filter by Role.”

Select “Student” from the dropdown menu.

Click “Refresh.”

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of the refreshed page, you’ll find the total number of student users currently on your school's Spellings for Me account.

This number reflects how many student profiles are active, and will help you immediately determine whether you are:

Within your license limit (e.g. 100 students = 100 licenses)

Or over your license (e.g. 110 student accounts but only 100 licenses purchased)
