Spellings for Me has updated its ordering process for the 2025–2026 academic year to make things faster and easier for schools.

Key Updates:

New Platform (Version 2): All 1,800 Irish primary schools have been moved to Version 2. This version includes major updates, especially around how resources are accessed.

Digital Ordering Process: You no longer need to download and complete PDFs or Word files. Simply go to the Spellings for Me website, click “Sign Up,” select “School,” and fill out the online form.

Payment Options: Schools can now pay by: Online bank transfer/Cheque/Credit/debit card (instant payment)

 

Workbooks & Digital Resources:

Workbooks are still available but no longer required with Version 2.
Many workbook elements (e.g., Morphology and Etymology sections) are now digitised, enhanced, and accessible to both teachers and students online.
Printable versions of activities and full workbooks are available but may be more costly to print individually each week.
Schools can choose online-only access (€4 + VAT per student) or continue using printed workbooks depending on budget and preference.
Workbook + Online Access remains the same at €9.50 per student.

Printable & Digital Materials:

A wide range of printable booklets is now available, including:

• Starter booklets
• Weekly activity booklets
• Games and activities (selectable by week)

Order Form Details:

Schools provide details such as name, roll number, email, address, and optional tenancy name (how your school is identified on the platform).Purchase orders can be included for automatic invoicing.
The form also allows schools to select between full-year or partial-year ordering, with reduced rates available for late-year sign-ups.

Flexibility:

Each teacher can choose how they wish to run the program—some may use the workbook, while others may rely solely on digital access. Both approaches are fully supported within the individualised Spellings for Me framework.
